Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work on new construction and gut renovation projects?
Yes — new construction and major remodels are a core part of our commercial work. We coordinate with your framing and electrical teams to ensure motorized shade wiring is roughed in correctly before drywall, eliminating costly retrofits later.
Can you provide specification packages for bids?
Absolutely. We provide complete specification packages including product cut sheets, fabric samples, motor spec sheets, rough-in wiring diagrams, installation details, and warranty documentation — everything a subcontractor package requires.
What is your typical lead time for commercial projects?
Standard lead time is 3–4 weeks from signed order to delivery. For urgent projects we offer expedited manufacturing on select product lines in 10–14 business days. We work with your project schedule, not the other way around.
Do you provide installation-only services for contractor-supplied product?
We prefer to supply and install as a complete package to ensure warranty coverage. However, we can evaluate contractor-supplied product on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your specific project.
How do you handle punch list and warranty items?
We respond to punch list items within 3 business days of notification and provide written warranty documentation for closeout. Our installation warranty is transferable to the end homeowner or building owner.
Do you offer COI and additional insured certificates?
Yes. We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance and can add your company and project owner as additional insured within 24 hours of request. We are a licensed CA contractor — License #945572.
