We do a full site measure, then provide a quote in your preferred format (retail to client, trade price to you, or designer-holds pricing).

On approval, we place the order. 3–4 weeks to production. We keep you updated on ETA and hold product until your install date.

Our team installs with care, cleans up completely, and does a final walkthrough with you or your client before we leave the site.

However you prefer. If you want us to communicate directly with the client under your umbrella, we do. If you want us to route everything through you, we do that too. We follow your lead on all client-facing communications.

Do you offer a referral commission or revenue share?

What is your installation timeline for a full house project?

Most full-house residential projects are completed in a single installation day once product arrives (typically 3–4 weeks after order). We coordinate with your project schedule and can hold product in our facility for a window of up to 30 days to align with your client's move-in date.

Can you match fabrics to other elements in my client's design?

Absolutely — that's where we shine. Bring your client's fabric swatches, mood board, or paint chips and we'll narrow down fabric selections before the in-home consultation. We can also source fabrics from your preferred vendors for custom fabrication.

Do you do motorized systems for luxury homes?

Motorized systems are a core specialty. We install and program Somfy, Lutron Sivoia, Hunter Douglas PowerView, and Rollease Acmeda for whole-home automation. We work directly with your client's AV/smart home integrator to ensure flawless system commissioning.
