4. Pricing & Payment

• A deposit may be required before ordering materials. Deposit amounts will be outlined in your written agreement.
• Final payment is due upon completion of installation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options (subject to approval).

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made to order:

• Cancellations made before materials are ordered will receive a full refund of any deposit.
• Once materials have been ordered or production has begun, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or cancellation fee.
• Installed products that are custom-made are generally non-refundable. We will work with you to resolve any issues with your installation.

6. Warranties

We stand behind our work:

• Installation Warranty: We guarantee the quality of our installation workmanship. If there are issues with how your window treatments were installed, we will correct them at no additional charge.
• Product Warranties: Product warranties vary by manufacturer and product type. Details will be provided with your written agreement and upon installation.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

7. Licensing & Insurance

Royal Window Coverings Inc is a licensed California contractor (License # 945572) and carries full liability insurance. You may verify our license at the California Contractors State License Board.
