Hunter Douglas Repair

Lutron Repair
Premium Smart Home- ✗Serena shade won't connect to Caseta bridge — drops off Wi-Fi after firmware update
- ✗Pico remote not syncing — shade moves manually but ignores all remote commands
Lutron repairs focus on re-pairing and bridge re-configuration. Motor hardware rarely fails on Lutron — it's almost always software/pairing. Bernard carries a Caseta bridge for testing.
5-year warranty. Lutron support can be slow — local repair is often faster.
Levolor Repair
Mid-Range- ✗Lift cord breaks — most common call for Levolor cellular and faux wood blinds
- ✗Cord lock jams — cord won't stay in raised position
Levolor cords and cord locks are standard parts. Replacement cords are sized to the blind, re-threaded through every cell, and re-tied at drum with proper tension.
Limited lifetime on hardware. Repairs are cost-effective vs. replacement.
Bali Repair
Mid-Range- ✗Cordless tension loss — shade won't hold position at mid-height
- ✗Bottom rail warp — common in high-humidity rooms or direct sunlight
Cordless tension re-spring is a 20-minute repair. Re-spring kit re-tensions the spring cassette to factory spec. Bottom rail replacement ordered from Bali's parts supply.
Lifetime limited warranty. Verify purchase date — Bernard helps with warranty claims.
3 Day Blinds Repair
Retail Chain- ✗Lift cord breakage — same as other faux wood brands, just branded differently
- ✗Motorized shade stops working — 3 Day Blinds uses OEM Somfy or generic motors
3 Day Blinds doesn't offer repair service in San Diego. Royal Window Coverings is the go-to local resource. Motor identification is the first step — if it's Somfy-based, we can replace in-field.
3 Day Blinds offers some warranty — call them first. Bernard handles post-warranty.
Graber Repair

Yes. We repair Alta Window Fashions products and any unlabeled or generic blinds. Bring in the blind or send us a photo. If it can be fixed, Bernard will fix it. We only recommend replacement when repair would cost more than 50% of a new comparable product.
